1. Agreement

By creating an account or using BCBA Measurement Practice Lab (“the site”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What this product is

The site provides original practice questions for Domains A–I written to align with the publicly available BACB 6th Edition Test Content Outline. It is an independent study aid, not a school, not a certification body, and not an official exam prep partner of the BACB.

3. Independence and trademarks

BCBA Measurement Practice Lab provides original practice questions written to align with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) 6th Edition Test Content Outline. These are not actual BACB examination questions, and no content is drawn from, reconstructed from, or intended to imitate secure exam materials. This product is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the BACB. BACB®, BCBA®, and related marks are trademarks of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc. Practice performance on this site does not predict or guarantee performance on any certification examination.

4. Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must not attempt to access other users’ data, admin tools, answer keys before submission, or any system surface you are not authorized to use.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to extract or redistribute protected content at scale, or compromise security.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or republish the question bank without written permission
• Upload malware, probe vulnerabilities beyond good-faith authorized testing, or disrupt the service
• Misrepresent the site as BACB-affiliated or as containing actual exam items
• Use the site to store or process confidential client clinical records

6. Content and intellectual property

Original questions, rationales, software, and branding on the site are owned by the site operator or its licensors. Public BACB task-list materials remain the property of their owners. You may use the site for personal study. You may not copy the bank for a competing product or public distribution without permission.

7. No professional or exam guarantees

Content is for educational practice only. It is not legal, clinical, or supervisory advice. Practice scores do not predict or guarantee certification exam results or professional competence.

8. Availability and changes

The site is provided “as is.” Features, question inventory, and availability may change. We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exam-related damages arising from use of the site or inability to use it. Total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) zero if the service is free.
